First time a Romanian company (owned by  Dorinel Umbrărescu) build a highway.  First tube 1985 meters. Second tube 1825 meters.

Together with tunnel of 2 tubes, two viaducts and total 9,3 km of highway total value of the project is (including VAT) 2,205.014,636 lei. European Union gives 909,885,900 lei.
