Major delays on Lot 2 of the Sibiu - Pitești highway. The tunnels will not be ready in time.
Section 2 is 31.33 km and includes 7 tunnels and about 50 bridges and viaducts.
`However, progress is slowed down by delays in completing geotechnical studies and authorizing works.`
