The government has decided to drop the plans for the construction of E18 West Corridor's phase 2 from Ramstadsletta to Nesbru. This decision also means that several millions of kroner already spent on the project has been in vain.

As I understand from the source (link below), it is not fully dropped from the National Transport Plan (NTP) but gets a very low priority and classified as among those projects not to be allocated funds in the coming 12 years.
