Bristol's "super sewer" is delayed because of "transportation problems with the tunnel boring machine"
This is the worst excuse I have heard. If it is really true; does the person who is responsible for this screw up still clinging on to his job, still getting his pay check after costing so much for the taxpayers?

"Delays to Bristol’s £55M “super sewer” designed to extend sewerage capacity in the city and beyond have been blamed on transport problems afflicting the project's huge tunnel boring machine (TBM)."
