Not only Boris Johnson but everybody is relaxed about the coronavirus outbreak. Way too relaxed, you could say. Local governments and contractors alike go about their construction work as `business usual`, as if the Covid-19 disease is some sort of Russian fake news.

Just an example: Cheshire West and Chester Council goes ahead with construciton of shopping centers, tunnels etc., despite growing concerns about the impact of coronavirus.
