Świna tunnel TBM is in advanced state of manufacture. Chinese company CREG (China Railway Engineering Group) continues assembly started last year.

Electric motors, main propellers and reducers, as well as the main bearing, hydraulic pump and front and middle discs for 13.5 meter diameter tunnel boring machine are ready. Only a few parts still need to be made: the main drive, the cutting head and the front and middle shields.
