`Tunnel under the Danube is a good idea and that is all`
The president of the Galati County Council, Costel Fotea, thinks the tunnel under the Danube remains a good idea and that's about it for now.
In my thinking it is politician way of saying in Romania 'forget about it'.

Difference of vision between Romanian and Hungarian politicians. In Romania they call a tunnel under river Danube "a good idea" and they do nothing. In Hungary they construct tunnel under Danube in Budapest.
