The Budapest Development Center (BFK) will accept applications to do a feasibility study for a railway tunnel under the Danube river. Feasibility Study is required to examine the possible route, costs and benefits of the railway tunnel under the Danube between Kelenföld station and Nyugati railway station.
Hungary has signed a grant agreement with the EU for the feasibility study of a new railway tunnel under the Danube river. This new tunnel in Budapest will connect Kelenföld and Nyugati Railway Station.
