All tunnels of Suzhou Rail Line 5 finished and work. Already city with 4 subway lines in 166km. Also 5 more lines in construction in 187km. Suzhou Line 6, Line S1 in TBM tunneling finish June 2024 December 2023. Line 7, Line 8 started end 2019.

Wuxi has 3 subway lines 69 km in operation.2 More subways under city in construction. Line 3 finish this yer and Line 4 next year, city will 114 km subway.

Changzhou subway line 1 (34 km) opened last year. Line 2 first phase in works with 20km 14 underground stations.  Open later in 2021.

Nantong building two subway lines. Line 1 is about 39.2 kilometers long and has 28 stations Nantong Rail Transit Project of Nantong Urban Rail Transit Co., Ltd in alluvial plain of the Yangtze River. With  watery sand risks such as leakage, water gushing, and quicksand. Contractor very careful with TBM tunneling for safety of workers.

22km Xuzhou Subway Line 1 opened to traffic last year. Line 2 first phase and Line 3 first phase under construction, with lengths of 24km kilometers and 18km

Nanjing Subway work Line 7 and Line 9 construction. Line 7 35.5 km.  In addition Line 1 North Extension, Line 2 West Extension, Line 5, Line 6,S8 Line South Extension and Line 9 Phase I Construction in works. Line 10 in early work. Thisyear 170 construction sites 110 Tunnel Boring Machines work simultaneous. In addition Line 3 and Line 4 will get project approval and start this year.
