Tunnel or not? Public consultation starts for Ottawa residents to choose between a tunnel tram and an overground tram
STO, the public transport company of the Outaouais region of Quebec has started the public consultation over whether to have the tram line overground or underground.
On STO's website, residents are requested to review the information and then answer the questionnaire.
