CSI: Tunnel excavation is responsible for the collapse of the road, not the poultry farm
The Colombian Society of Engineers (CSI) report concludes that collapse of the kilometer 58 on the Bogotá-Villavicencio road is not due to water infiltration from a nearby poultry farm. It is caused by excavation of a tunnel at the same point.
