Colombia's El Tiempo writes that ANI and the Vía 40 Express finally agree on resumption of Bogotá-Girardot third lane project. It was suspended for alleged collusion in the tender for the private initiative Tercer Carril Bogotá-Girardot. 

Both parties will jointly review the feasibility of the inclusion of a new tube to the existing Guillermo León Valencia tunnel (Sumapaz tunnel). The original tunnel will also be renovated.
