Metro C SpA gives the good news that the excavation activities with TBM of the odd track line tunnel of Line C, in the section between the Fori Imperiali station and the future Piazza Venezia station is completed on 3 August 2020. Boring activities had resumed on 23 July 2020.

Starting from these days, the sealing activities of the milling head of the first TBM are underway. The excavation work of the even track tunnel will presumably resume on August 18, 2020, following the completion of the aforementioned sealing and safety works and the additional Service Order upon resumption of activities.
