Seattle : Sound Transit completes construction of East Link Bellevue tunnel
After 10 years of planning and 2 years of excavation work, now the excavation of the the tunnel to connect Sound Transit's East Main and Bellevue Downtown Stations is complete. It will be put into use when East Link begins operating in 2023.
There are always pessimists and couch thinkers.
