A joint venture (JV) of Gamuda Australia and Laing O’Rourke shortlisted for the first stages of AU$20b Sydney Metro tunnelling project in Australia.  Gamuda Australia is part of Malaysian engineering and construction company Gamuda Berhad.

In the first stage Gamuda JV will be tendering for the Central Tunnelling package, which includes construction of the twin 11km tunnels from the Bays Precinct to Sydney Olympic Park.
