Bosnia started geotechnical research for the first section Požega to Mačka of future Požega-Kotroman highway. Current research is done at Potocanje with a 4000 kilometer tunnel boring.

The director of JP Uzice razvoj, Nikola Maksimović, say that there are a total of 66 tunnels and 27 bridges on the highway from Požega to Kotroman.
