The breakthrough in the vital tunnel between Changaldar and Khari in Banihal area of Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district has been achived on Saturday. Very same day Indian PM Modi has inaugurated the Atal Tunnel in Rohtang. Construction of the tunnel lasted for 10 years.
