Nova24tv discloses the business network of the tycoon Stojan Petrič. Nova24tv says his network of companies have received almost a BILLION EUROs of Slovenian tax money since 2003.

It is said that Petrič is so angry at the current government for not awarding him with the second tube of the Karavanke tunnel that, he wants the government to go. His construction company KOLEKTOR CPG is the biggest construction company in Slovenia and that the amount of money company got from the Slovenian state alone is more than half a billion euros and in total around 900 million euros.

KOLEKTOR CPG is known for delaying the tender process for Karavanke tunnel by almost 2 years. In the first tender in 2018, also Cengiz was the lowest bidder (Euro 89,3m) but it was cancelled after appeals by two of the loosing parties (Slovenian builder KOLEKTOR CPG,  Bosnia's Euro-Asfalt and its Slovenian partner Cestno Podjetje Ptujm). Strange enough these parties chose not to bid in the second tender, again won by Cengiz at a higher amount, costing more taxpayers money.

Nova24tv's following sentences are northworthy:" Regardless of the fact that the Petrič family ....are not aware that we live in a free market economy, where quality and the lowest price decide. However, Kolektor does not understand that the construction of tunnels and demanding interventions for the construction of the second track are simply too demanding a job for Petrič's boys. Without any noteworthy references and constant pressure on the State Audit Commission and employees at the Ministry of Infrastructure, similar to the Slovenian Motorway Company (DARS), they think that ....they can get everything they want."

What I like most is that they recommend Petrič to leave the Slovenian economic and political scene and enjoy his retirement at the age of 70.
