USA used Cut & Cover method for its secret nuclear tunnels under ice in Denmark's colony Greenland

In 1950s, during the cold-war, USA started the Project Iceworm to position and move its nuclear missiles without being detected by the Soviets. For this, they have created huge tunnels under Greenland's (a Danish colony) northern region close to the North Pole.
