India plans to build at least 10 tunnels running up to 100 km in Ladakh and Kashmir
Following the inauguration of the Atal Tunnel in Rohtang by PM Moti, India laid out plans to build many more tunnels on the border areas to counter the China's aggression.
Border Roads Organization (BRO) has proposed 8 more tunnels to enhance the access to Ladakh and several more for Kashmir to facilitate easier access to actual line of control areas.
