Project Management Board of Hà Nội Urban Railways (MRB) this year get from Germany Herrenknecht Tunnel Boring Machine. Boring tunnel section of Nhổn - Hà Nội in 2021 in months of January, February, March start. Underground tunnel finish 2022 December.
Tàichính write Nhổn - Hà Nội railway 12.5km. Railway line have 4 underground stations. Other 8 stations over ground (not underground). 4.5 Km of railway underground. 8 Km of railway over ground. French trains come already in October 2020. Total project 65.91% finish. Over ground railway maybe end 2021 carry passenger.
The project cost 1,176 million Euros. ODA Loans from European Investment Bank, French Government, Asian Development Bank and domestic reciprocal capital.
