Lane Construction, a US subsidiary of WeBuild Group (formerly known as Salini Impregilo), reports normal progress of construction in Fort Wayne, Indiana in abnormal times.
The $188 million, 5 mile-long (8km) tunnel will prevent the environmentally damaging sewer discharges to rivers (averaging over 70 annually).
