Radar Bali write on 11 January 2021 a coordination meeting was held in Badung Regional Secretary Meeting room discussed continuation of South Ring Road Development.

It was chaired by Wayan Arnawa (Badung Regional Secretary) and attended by Badung Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) director Ida Bagus Surya Suamba, Plt. Assistant II A.A Ngurah Bayu Kumara and Head of DLHK Badung I Wayan Puja.

In meeting secretary said "In the future, we have to determine the area / alignment of the South Badung Ring Road and there is a legal and licensing basis for the tunnel construction plan, which will be completed by June". Land acquisition start already in 2022.

Ida Bagus Surya Suamba, said he conducted a survey to make tunnels in limestone soil because this is much easier than working on clay for MRT in Jakarta.

Meeting also talked MRT construction in feasibility strudy stage to solve congestion.
