Swiss company Implenia has been nominated to build the tunnel between Lysaker and Fornebu for the Fornebu line (Fornebubanen). It is about 2.3 km tunnelling in densely populated area.

Fornebu line is an under-construction rail line which will serve the Fornebu peninsula in Bærum and connect it to the metro system of capital Oslo. The line is also known by its two stations designed by Zaha Hadid architects. Implenia is known for its work for the Follo Line.
