The Santos Port Authority (SPA) has launched a public call for projects to implement & manage a submerged tunnel between Santos and Guarujá, writes Portal Portuario.

The authorizations issued by SPA must be published on the site http://www.portodesantos.com.br within 15 days after receipt of the requirements. After an authorization, participants must present their concepts to the Port Authority within 120 days.
