North and South excavating teams of Gran Canaria's Guguillo tunnel expect to meet each other in middle of May.

The 604 metre long Guguillo tunnel is one of the 8 tunnels (total 7600metre long) in process of construction by the consortium of Acciona, Ferrovial Agroman, Lopesan Asfaltos y Construcciones and Bitumex.
