Two Daewoo employees admit giving bribes to Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) for MRT project

    Malay Mail write two employees of Korean Construction firm Daewoo admit they gave bribes to former LTA (Land Transport Authority of Singapore) Henry Foo Yung Thye.

    Names of Daewoo employees are project director Kim Young-Gyu and project manager Ro Sungyoung. There is not information about if these two bribers still employees of Daewoo Engineering and Construction.

    Malay Mail write  LTA executive Foo was responsible also for Cross-Island Line of Singapore’s MRT network.

    Daewoo employees now admit. But bribery was alleged already last year. This video say it was Cover up" by South Korean media.

    Sadly bribing company Daewoo got huge Cross Island Phase 1 tunnel contract in Singapore. Contract value of $980 million.

    In another incident Foo is accused of getting bribes also from China Railway Tunnel Group.
