The project cost is 1.363.135.841,00 Lei (without VAT) and it is financed by the European Union. Highway is 9,13 km long. 2,13 kilometre of it tunnel two tubes.

Commission will shortlist 5 or 6 companies and invite them for technical and financial proposals.
