The Namhae-Yeosu Undersea Tunnel Project is a project that connects Seomyeon, Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do to Sangam-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do. Tunnel 7.3 km, including a 4.2 km undersea tunnel section, 1.73 km of an onshore tunnel, and 1.37 km of an access road. Expected to open in 2029 with an cost of 631.2 billion won. The preliminary feasibility study for the Namhae-Yeosu undersea tunnel project is expected to be concluded next month.
