Europapress reports that the president of the Sevilla Provincial Council, Fernando Rodríguez Villalobos, has said that the council will make the wll funds available in advance for the Huesna head tunnel project, promoted to renovate the infrastructure of the facilities of the drinking water treatment station (ETAP).

35,57 Million euros required to build the project will be funded 80% by the European Union. But EU money comes after work is done. Therefore the Sevilla Provincial Council will put up the money in advance.
