Ex-senior LTA official admits to taking $1.24m in bribes
Henry Foo Yung Thye who is a former deputy group director of Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) admitted taking a bribe of $1.24 million as under the cover of "loans" from contractors and sub-contractors.
