Single bidder shortlisted for Gozo tunnel project
Only one bidder, a consortium of British Equitix, Japanese Itochu, Turkish Yapi Merkezi and Makyol, and French Egis have been singled out for construction of the Malta Gozo subsea tunnel, according to a news in Times of Malta.
The big names eliminated include Italy's Salini Impregilo (Webuild Group) and China's CCCC.
