HS2: Judicial review on Chilterns tunnel dismissed by judge
In a case brought forward by Misbourne Environmental Protection (MEP), 'The drilling practices of HS2 Ltd and the Environment Agency in the Chilterns will not be put up for judicial review' after the judge rules them as legal.
