Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Transport Infrastructure (KRTI) of St. Petersburg, Andrey Levakin, said on November 30, that they support the construction of the  Orlovsky automobile Tunnel.

The project was abandoned in 2011 but resurrected nowadays again.
