Hong Kong Commercial Daily inform for develop northern New Territories metropolitan area, government before proposed development of five railway project.  Transport Advisory Committee yesterday heard briefings on related government projects. TAC Chairman Zhang Renliang welcome project and say one of five projects is part of underground railway, and others 4 likely surface railway.  First project will be carried out in the form of submarine tunnels from crossing the sea to Qianhai.
