Construction of proposed tunnel under Proposed River is becoming more reality every day. Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, says the tunnel plan is now in advance stages of consideration with the Centre.
Construction of the 14.85km long tunnel is very important strategically for connecting Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
