Lugoj - Deva Highway Tunnels bidding deadline 31 January. Eliminated Greek company Aktor appeals again

    Ziua De Vest reports that Greek company Aktor appeals again against its elimination from short list from Lugoj - Deva Highway Tunnel construction. Aktor had already appealed against the decision at National Council for the Settlement of Appeals (CNSC). But CNSC has rejected Aktor's appeal. This time the Greek company filed its appeal at  Bucharest Court of Appeal (CAB) on 23 December.

    It is aboutconstruction of two tunnels of 2,13km each of 11,25m wide. The value of the contract is 1,3 Billion Lei before VAT.

    The National Company for Road Infrastructure Management (CNAIR) had already announced the shortlist of 6 companies back in October:
