Prominent Korea President candidate promote tunnel to Jeju island
Jejusori write Democratic Party presidential election candidate Lee Jae-myung promote a KTX high speed railway between Seoul to Jeju. This require underwater tunnel between mainland Korea and island of Jeju.
Lee Jae-myung make annoucement on 23 January. Railway make Seoul to Jeju travel in 2 hours and 30 minutes in train.
This proposed also in past. But Jeju people did not like fixed line from their island to mainland. Maybe candidate make more interesting with more project in Jeju.
