New Zealand Government is rumored to choose for tunnelled light rail option for the City Centre to Māngere project.
This is what I understand from Simon Wilson's article at nzherald.
Though I would prefer any tunnel to this:
"For the cost of the Government's proposed light rail from downtown to the airport, they could buy every voter living along the route a Tesla Model 3".
