Vegdirektoratet (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration) keeps rejecting the the Liatind tunnel (Liatindtunnelen). It was supposed to be completed in 2019, but subcontractors going bankrupt etc caused the delay and apparently unsatisfactory result for Vegdirektoratet. What a embarrassment for the contractors...
