According to 'Actual de Cluj', The National Company for Road Infrastructure Management (CNAIR) has suspended the 8 billion lei auction for the Porta Sălajului-Nușfalău lot, the lot with the Meseș tunnel.

Tender was previously canceled. It cost 2 years. A new tender initiated whose deadline postponed. But now a potential bidder Ictas filed an appeal. Appeal proceedings can take a month and if Ictas is faound right, than CNAIR will have to remedy the non-compliant aspects that the builder has pointed out.
