Homeland Safety Management Agency of Korea (국토안전관리원은 ) has produced animation videos to educate public about tunnel emergency situations.

3 Minuet video give information on how to deal with tunnel fires, traffic accidents in addition to general safety rules to drive in tunnels.

For example video instructs light turned on in tunnel, no overtaking other cars and to be alert on tunnel information boards.

There is also information for emergency cases of traffic accidents.  Agency will distribute education also in other mediums.
