TBM successfully launched for the construction of Head Race Tunnel-1 at Pakal Dul Hydroelectric (HE) Project
The 1000 MW Pakal Dul Hydroelectric (HE) Project is a joint venture of NHPC Ltd. and JKSPDC Ltd- known as Chenab Valley Power Projects Limited (CVPPL).
Twin-tunnel project 9,6 km each and excavation diameter of 8,33 m. Project uses two Herrenknecht Double Shield Tunnel Boring Machines.
