Prensa Latina: `The China Railway Tunnel Group (CRTG), specialized in tunnels and subway engineering, will be in charge of building the underwater section of Line 3 of Metro de Panama`.

CRTG is to build the tunnel as a subcontractor to South Korean consortium HPH Joint Venture which got the whole subway tunnel line construction.
