With a total length of 10.2 kilometers, the Xinbin Tunnel is the first high-risk tunnel and a key control project on the entire line of the Shenyang-Baizhou High-speed Railway, and it is also the longest tunnel in the Shenyang-Baizhou High-speed Railway in Liaoning.
