From the basement to the service of the energy transition, announces the implementation of a capital partnership with Herrenknecht GA, the world leader in tunnel workshops. The company is also known
For the quality of its drilling machines and its rich experience acquired in the past twenty years
of activity in this sector through its subsidiary Herrenknecht Vertical GmbH.

This strategic partnership between Arverne Group and Herrenknecht AG takes the form of a new entity of
Drilling dedicated to deep geothermal energy. Called Drilldeep, it will be based in Pau (France).

After several months of collaboration which notably made it possible to design a new drilling device
hydroelectric, more respectful of the environment and better suited to work in urban areas, Arverne
Group and Herrenknecht AG decided to generate important synergies between the two companies. Already
long -standing partners, this new stage of their collaboration is part of a context where Europe has
need to strengthen its capacities and technologies to accelerate the development of energies
renewable, like geothermal energy.

Already holding 7 drilling devices, Arverne Group thus strengthens its integration strategy throughout the
geothermal value chain in order to offer a complete offer covering exploration to borehole
and the production of geothermal heat.
