MEED publishes list of companies which are pre-qualified for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) for the  $22bn Dubai Strategic Sewerage Tunnels (DSST) project.

MEED reports there are 4 packages. J1, J2, J3 and W.  They are grouped into two groups J1, J2, W in one group and J3 in another group.  The first group is  design-build-finance-operate-maintain contracts for 25-years long concession whereas the second group (J3) contains packages which is design-build-finance package.

Therefore there are two lists of EPC qualifications for each group.

Both lists contain all established world-renowned contractors: ACCIONA, China Railway Group, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, Daewoo, Dogus, FCC, GULERMAK, PORR, Strabag, Webuild are all there.
