Enbridge agrees to refile one of the permits it had received in 2021: The one from the Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE).

To start with the controversial tunnel project, Enbridge needs to receive permits from EGLE, The Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC) and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.  It had already received the first two and the Army Corps of Engineers it hoped to receive in 2025.
