When the French TBM company NFM was acquired by German tunneling company Mühlhauser a year ago, there was such a hope in the air. But shortly afterwards  Mühlhauser went into troubles declaring bankruptcy. Later parts of Mühlhauser put on market for sale. Some months ago, again not paid for salaries, NFM Technologies workers had gone to temporary strike. This time there is no strike yet.

Mühlhauser is still the owner. Company name has changed NFM Technologies is not the name of the company anymore. It is now called Tunneling Equipements. No buyer insterested in buying the company from the unfaithful hands of Mühlhauser.  The bankrupt Germany company is like a husband never comes home and never takes care of family.

It is almost 2 months and workers at the Le Creusot factory still have not been paid their salaries. The fact is, the company had not registered a single order since its acquisition by the German Mülhaüser in November 2018. When the German takeover came, there was optimism. Luc Devaux, the former "boss" of the company had returned from retirement to revitalize the company for Mülhaüser.

Creusot-infos writes; not getting any salaries, many employees left. Remaining ones are hopeful of the hearing scheduled for the Commercial Court on February 20.
