Typical Canadian: Everyone wants REM extended but nobody knows who is gonna pay for it
The idea of extending the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) commuter rail system from Trudeau airport to Dorval is hanging in the air:
“Everyone agrees extending the REM another 700 metres to the Dorval train station is a great idea, but no one seems to know who is going to pay for it,” says mayor of Dorval.

Looks like Quebec does not even want to pay for the original route.
